| George works closely with the operations, marketing, financing, and estimating departments at Centrim Electric. His ability to motivate a large group of people to achieve a common goal has been a large part of his successful 16 years in the electrical contracting/consulting industry. He is a visionary who evolves with the times, keeping the company steps ahead of our competition. George played an instrumental role in the success of multiple projects at Centrim Electric, including Liberty Harbor, a 10,000-unit mixed-use urban development; Hamilton Square, the first high-voltage residential building in Jersey city; and Tribeca Lofts, two high-end mixed-use mid rises for Denali Construction. George’s key role at Centrim is to successfully grow the company's client base and effectively manage an ever-growing workforce. In addition to being President of Centrim Electric, George is currently acting Vice President at Mari Electric as well. He holds his New Jersey Electrical Contracting License. |

| Lenny has been in the electrical contracting/consulting industry for over two decades. With his keen business savvy as an entrepreneur and his expert knowledge of the trade, Lenny is an integral part of Centrim’s growth. Over the years, he has received countless accolades from industry heavyweights and satisfied customers. At Centrim Electric, Lenny oversees the operations, marketing, financing, and estimating departments of the company. While at Centrim Electric for the past four years, he has worked on some of our most prestigious accounts, including The Tides at Charleston, Gateway IV and Gateway V, as well as Walgreens franchises. In addition to working as Vice President of Centrim Electric, Lenny is also acting President of Mari Electric. |

| Anthony has been in the electrical contracting/consulting industry for over ten years. At Centrim Electric, Anthony is known for his value engineering and cost-savings abilities. As Operations Manager, Anthony is tasked with overseeing the completion of all projects as well as estimating and contributing to the sales and marketing efforts of all projects. He has worked on all major accounts at Centrim, successfully bringing to completion Hamilton Square, the first primary voltage residential building that established its own utility with sub-metering; Liberty Harbor, a huge undertaking that was finished weeks ahead of schedule and under budget; and Ridge Hill, a dynamic and diverse project that featured 1.3 million square feet of retail and entertainment space. Prior to his position at Centrim Electric, Anthony was Operations Manager for Global Electric Technologies. |

| As the lead of the new business arm at Centrim Electric, Justin generates proposals and develops relationships with businesses, all the while helping to oversee the completion of large Centrim Electric projects. Whether on site or in the office, Justin gets the job done. He has worked with some of the company’s biggest clients, including The Tides at Charleston, the first 55+ community in New York with an energy grid connected wind turbine; Hamilton Square, a design-build project that was the first high-voltage residential building in Jersey City; and Liberty Harbor, a massive project that was finished weeks ahead of schedule and under budget. Justin received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University. Prior to his position at Centrim Electric, Justin was Vice President of Marketing/Field Representative at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. |

| It takes a special professional to keep a business of analytical thinkers organized. Fortunately, Centrim Electric has Renee Sweeney on their side. For three years, Renee has managed all financial dealing of the company, including banking, billings, records management, and insurance. She is also manages the staff and keeps everyone on their toes. Try as you may, but we guarantee that you can get anything past her. But with her smile and friendly personality, who would want to? Renee has contributed a great deal to Centrim Electric, most notably for her efforts on Liberty Harbor, The Tides at Charleston, and Port Imperial (Henley on the Hudson) accounts. Prior to joining Centrim Electric, Renee was a CPA at Krum & Foster. |

She can estimate payment arrival up to the minute, and she probably knows your office number, cell phone, and e-mail address by heart, too. She is one of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. We love her for it. You will too… unless your checks don't get here on time. |

| Connie Mandia handles all human resources issues in our offices. She leads a small team that keeps everyone in check and (our favorite) aware of all office holidays. She is the go-to person for all new hires and current employee issues. In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending time on her horse ranch with her husband and grandchildren. |

| Jolie Latanzi works closely with Karen Payne. Call them the dynamic duo if you will. Monitoring all accounts receivables, Jolie ensures that your payments are on time and accurate. She joined our team just a few months ago, but has settled in perfectly like she's been here for years. In addition to her savvy accounting skills, we've discovered that she is an expert baker as well. Thanks to her macadamia nut cookies, some of our waistlines prove it. |
